KML and the Google Earth platformWe work with clients to craft custom presentations of their location-based data using Google Earth. As an example of what's possible: We recently built a KML map with embedded slideshows for a multinational agricultural-products corporation, using a dynamic map to highlight the extent and scope of the company's operations in Africa. The map combined informative overlays and styled pop-up balloons to show facility-specific details as well as country-by-country challenges. The project earned high praise from the audience and achieved the objective of providing a more memorable presentation. |
